Hello lovelies!
I hope you all are having a fabulous start to your year! I can't believe we are already over halfway through January...Where is the time going? But, seriously. Where is it.
Today I am sharing with you one of my favorite morning drinks, the peach mango smoothie! It's so delicious and creamy, I am drooling just thinking about it! Grab your blenders and lets get mixing!
You'll need:
Half a bag of frozen peaches
Half a bag of frozen mango chunks
1 tablespoon of honey
1 individual serving size package of Greek yogurt. I prefer vanilla, but whatever you've got is wonderful!
2 cups of coconut water. I used the peach mango flavored kind for mine.
About a tablespoon of flax seed
I learned a smoothie trick this week. Always add your liquids first- Seriously. It helps everything mix together really well!
Add your liquid, yogurt, honey, flax and your fruit on top. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
Yields about 3-4 8oz cups.

This Christmas
Hello & Happy New Year!
Today, I wanted to share with you a few things we did to celebrate this holiday season! This year we took full advantage of taking a few days to go out of town to Winston Salem, North Carolina to do some sight seeing, and visit their holiday light festival. We also had my husbands family come into town to stay with us this past week. I made (almost) the entire turkey dinner on Christmas day, and it was absolutely delicious! While they were here, we took them to the James Island holiday festival of lights as well, and they had a great time!
Here's a little slice of our adventures!

Christmas dinner! I did everything but the deviled eggs, and rolls!
Did I mention I learned how to make pralines at home? I will definitely be posting the recipe very soon!
